SENATE BILL 9 (NATIONAL CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD CHECK)

 

All Contractors who have direct contact with students will be required to have a National Criminal History Record Check (fingerprints). The contractor must provide evidence after or before the bid award. The documentation needed can be obtained at the Texas Department of Public Safety (Fingerprint Applicant Services of Texas (FAST)) or by a private name-based company.
