The purpose of the Migrant Education Program is to design and support programs that help migratory students overcome the challenges of mobility, cultural and language barriers, social isolation, and other difficulties associated with a migratory lifestyle.
The federal Migrant Education Program is designed to support high quality and comprehensive supplemental educational programs for migrant children to help reduce the educational disruption and other problems that result from repeated moves.
